Feature request (?): RECORD-RELEASE / RECORD-DEPLOYMENT

I am looking to use two functions from the standalone in pact-js-core
• pactfoundation/pact-cli:latest pact-broker  `record-release` 
• pactfoundation/pact-cli:latest pact-broker  `record-deployment` 
based on <https://docs.pact.io/pact_broker/recording_deployments_and_releases>


At the moment I have seen that we can only use `can-i-deploy` (<https://github.com/pact-foundation/pact-js-core/blob/8a909f09e63d8e4c7111b4535f5ab0470219be7f/src/can-deploy/can-deploy.ts#L11|file>)

Is it in the roadmap? Should I create an issue requesting for this feature?

Not a priority as our official recommendation is to use the cli directly
