#460 chore(ci): fix release snags #456 Pull request opened by YOU54F fixes #456 • Release note formatting was incorrect, when converting from draft (pre-release) to release. • This was due to a formatting step of the RELEASE_NOTES env var, for emitting in a further step for a GitHub actions publish step, this is now removed and replaced with the GitHub CLI, so isn't neccessary. • The VERSION/TAG equally is now no longer used for emitting in a later step. • Now when converting to a release, it will mark as
