#456 release snags - release note formatting and marking as latest Issue created by YOU54F when a pre-release draft is created, the format of the release notes in correct (if you are logged in and have access you can see the draft releases). However when it is promoted to master, and the release workflow is triggered two things occur 1. The release is created as a non-draft (correct) but it fails to render the new lines, so the changelog appears on a single line. 2. the release is not marked as latest, which is incorrect, it should be. will be easy fixes, just noting them down here note this is post #446 pact-foundation/pact-js-core
