04/20/2023, 9:40 AMIt might not even be an IntelliJ problem, maybe you're using a company Maven / Gradle repository where Pact isn't available yet?

04/20/2023, 9:45 PMI was able to solve it after invalidating cache from intellij. Somehow I updated from spring 2 to 3 and intellij freaked out.
