I can see the request to 
/api/mbw_qa/streams?type=logs&fetchSchema=true
is returning 404 from OpenObserve. Could you please confirm: • Are you using the official OpenObserve Grafana plugin or the LinPr plugin? • Is 
mbw_qa
the organization name or the stream name? Also, could you share a screenshot of your Grafana datasource configuration (hide any credentials)

I am using official plugin, also mbw_qa is organization name

organization directly in OpenObserve UI and see the streams there?

great, let me try to replicate this and see what went wrong

possibly, I found the issues, developer fixed this organization name and organization id issues but openobserve didn't put the latest build to s3 bucket to download. can you please ask someone to do this or raise a request.

Hey @Amit Sinsinwar, I checked with the team. Unfortunately, the Grafana plugin is no longer supported. Sorry for the inconvenience!

do we have any alternate other than O2 UI?

there is another one here: github.com/LinPr/grafana-openobserve-datasource which isn't maintained by Openobserve
You can check with @muzammil360 he has been using it
