Hello @Simran(OpenObserve), I have an application with: • Frontend: React.js and Nest.js • Backend: Next.js I have already integrated the backend with OpenObserve using manual OpenTelemetry integration. My question is: How can I integrate the frontend(React.js and Nest.js) with OpenObserve, and what type of frontend data can be monitored and visualized inside OpenObserve?
