oh i see, the email must be a user or service account

@Jian Wang One quick fix for this is, instead of creating an account. Go to the Service Account tabs (it only generates a token). Once you have a service account with that email, you can use it as a destination. From what I can remember this was done to avoid people using OpenObserve to send spam emails.

HI @Gaby thank you. That's correct — this restriction is in place to stop OpenObserve from sending spam emails.

@Gaby @Md Mosaraf (OpenObserve) Thanks you ! The problem has been resolved. It would be better if it were a dropdown selection box, with an add button on the right that could redirect users to add a user or add a service account. Maybe I can contribute to this.
