people work for you, so you need to pay their work. giving an admin access would be considered a work as well because not only paying the hosting and doing the coding, they also need to administrate your server

that's what i mean about saying what they will get in return, you could mention how big is your influence or something that would affect their business. but not for developers, you shouldn't treat them with giving them admin access or something about server-only related stuff. if that's the only offer, why dont they develop their own servers and gain all the access

Why would anyone invest in a server where they have little-to-no information? We ask questions like this to help us and others discover why they should spend their money and time with you.

@purple-appointment-32913 I think you came to the wrong server, no one will help you here but instead they will keep demotivating you and they will keep making fun of you, at some point you will get highly demotivated and will start thinking to shut down your server.
