it depends on what operating system you're using If you use Windows, you download the win-x86 one if you use Linux, you download one of the linux versions

And then I just use winrar to extract it right?

zip files can be opened by windows,. You don't even need winrar

If you really want to create a server, you can find great "how to start guide" here: + you have to read those logs. The screenshots you posted has the errors listed right in the middle. Firstly you have to change the rcon password so you don't use the default one and secondly, you need a compiled gamemode

nothing weird it's just that you didn't go to read about the whole project and its status if you would've gone to the Frequently Asked Questions section, you would've learned that only the server has launched, and that the old SA-MP client is compatible to it. you would've also learned that the client is still in development

Since you are a player you basically have to wait for an announcement about the client release. For now just enjoy the game by using samp client, that's pretty much it
