all of a sudden, this message has appeared and i cannot get out of it. i click confirm preferences but its not going away. any help would be greatly appreciated

What device/os is this on? Do you have any ability to tab or enter?

windows 11 workstation. i have done both, but the pop up is not going away. restarted the computer and the server, tried different browsers but no luck. i do have a message in the log that says “settings file is corrupted: Unexpected UTF-8 BOM (decode using utf-8-sig): line 1 column 1 (char 0) store.py:345”
