your most recent PRs for the small fixes, especially fix(launcher): fall back to a free frontend port when 3001 is taken. I have a different fix you should take a look at. I don't think they overlap but want you to take a look because it's related. Basically when the electron app loads and if the port it is wanting is taken it currently can't go further. So I added a stop and retry that then fixes the issue. I'll get it ready for you to take a look.
