NIT: i can't dismiss this view after the agent puts in a request for a secret

ohh right totally missed it as i'm used to searching for "dismiss" button

but what happens when you click cancel?

yeah as in i just asked the agen to use gh cli so it didn't care about the gh token going forward; a nice experience would be the agent dismissing the form itself when it decides it no longer needs the secret
