My local agent keeps complaining about bot blocks when searching the web. I have searxng running locally on the AI machine and I've confirmed it works using Open WebUI. What is the best way to tell Open Hands about it? New skill? MCP server?

Skill would work, if it has a CLI, no need for MCP

The agent should be able to know, maybe they’re CLI params?
