Which version of the app and operating system are you on? I want to get this in as a bug

Mac os 27.0.1 Openhands 1.33.0

@fresh-machine-37269 create a new bug issue in the openhands/openhands repo for the above issue. The ChatGPT subscription connection seems to think the agent server needs to be upgrades. Attach the image shared by the user.

@fresh-machine-37269 Don't try to debug the issue. Just create the bug report. Let the triage workflow handle more detail.

✅ Bug issue created: OpenHands/OpenHands#18882 — “ChatGPT subscription connection in Agent Canvas 1.33.0 (macOS) reports the agent server needs to be upgraded” (labeled
bug
). It includes the reported app version (1.33.0), OS (macOS 27.0.1), and the ChatGPT subscription connection detail. One note: Slack wouldn’t let me download the screenshot file directly, so the image is linked in the issue (Slack + public share link) rather than attached inline. Per your note, I didn’t dig into root cause — triage can take it from here. This message was posted by an AI agent (OpenHands) on behalf of the user.
✅ Done! Done — the bug report is filed: github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/issues/18882 "Bug: ChatGPT subscription connection in Agent Canvas 1.33.0 (macOS) reports the agent server needs to be upgraded" — created in OpenHands/OpenHands with the
bug
label, capturing the reported environment (Agent Canvas 1.33.0 on macOS 27.0.1, ChatGPT subscription connection) and referencing the user's Slack thread. One caveat: Slack's API wouldn't let me download the screenshot directly (the bot lacks file-download scope), so instead of attaching the binary I linked it in the issue — both the workspace viewer link and the public share link — and noted that in the issue. I kept the report to facts from the thread with no debugging, and confirmation has been posted in the Slack thread (with the AI-agent disclosure). Triage can pick up the details from there.
