Both reviews are up — sorry for the wait! :bow:

• *OpenHands #18458* — reviewed and *approved* (~40 min after your ask). The two blocking findings from earlier rounds (Vitest discovery regression and the PR-description/frontend-media failure) were both resolved on the final head, so it got the approve. It's since been *merged*, and the `.pr/` artifacts cleanup PR opened automatically afterward.
• *docs #926* — reviewed and *approved* as well, with source verification against the merged companion SDK PR #4814.
Both approvals went out at the same time. The delay was the re-review loop: each new push on 18458 needed re-verification against CI before I could sign off, and I didn't want to approve on a red run.
