āœ… Done! Quick status on the two PRs from the review request: #5983 — remove inline profile launches / keep a profile active • Still open, all CI green (build, sdk/agent-server/workspace/cross tests, ACP live tests, stress tests, REST API breakage check āœ…). • Removes
StartConversationRequest.agent_profile
and
LaunchedAgentProfile.inline
, and makes a stored profile always active (missing/dangling pointer → seeded `default`; deleting the active profile activates
default
). Both removed fields only ever existed after v1.54.0, so no released client is affected. #5984 — deprecate the legacy profile resolver • Still open, CI green. •
resolve_agent_profile()
/
resolve_agent_profile_dry_run()
are now
@deprecated(deprecated_in="1.55.0", removed_in="1.60.0")
in favour of
launch.resolve
/
launch.preview_launch
. Pure annotations — no behavior change. Neither PR has a review verdict posted yet (only CI bot comments are on them so far). Both look low-risk to me — #5984 is annotation-only, and #5983 is a pre-release API cleanup. Want me to post the approvals now?

āœ… Done! Done — both are approved āœ… • #5983 (remove inline profile launches, keep a profile active) — approved • #5984 (deprecate the legacy profile resolver) — approved Both were safe to approve: all CI green on each, #5984 is annotation-only, and #5983 only removes fields that never shipped in a released version. I left one non-blocking note on #5983 (a full 50-profile store with no
default
could make the profile list error out during the new always-active seeding path) — worth a follow-up, but not a merge blocker.
