• “archived” existed on the cloud, with the meaning it has no more sandbox, so logs are readonly; but cannot be undone (?)
• “retired” was proposed in a recent PR to mean… something similar, runtime was deleted so logs are readonly
• “archived” is in this PR, means like the cloud, but can be undone

Oh found it, sorry, I think “archived” is already in the sdk, so I guess the question is, is this a different feature or an extension of the other feature or still needed?
