That review (`5417127226`, the APPROVED one on head `156c75f381f78970feff43e8ac210ea37babf8c7`) was published by the `github-pr-reviewer` automation, through its `factory-reviewer` agent profile, and the LLM behind it was *`openai/deepseek-v4.1-flash`*, served via `<https://llm-proxy.app.all-hands.dev>`.

So the model profile (`deepseek-v4.1-flash`) resolves to `openai/deepseek-v4.1-flash` on that proxy — that's the configured/named LLM for the review. The earlier `COMMENTED` review on the same PR (`5416669137`) came from the same automation and model too.
