For MCP servers, I noticed the documentation was out of date. This came about when I was looking up some open source integrations and they were recommending the wrong way to work with OpenHands. I made a doc ticket, but will need someone that has more experience with MCP inside Agent Canvas to make sure this is all correct. Thanks github.com/OpenHands/docs/pull/846
