I'm not 100% sure what this takes, if it's just a config change or what, or if we have to wait for LiteLLM

gpt-6 does not support reasoning_effort and tools simultaneously on /chat/completions endpoint I'm trying to disable reasoning_effort for now, so we can enable them quickly and then research if we need to move to /responses endpoint

Prod pr was missing the non prefixed version github.com/OpenHands/saas-deploy/pull/1150
On sol and luna, it seems to be calling chat/completions even after setting endpoints explicitly to openai/responses/gpt-6-sol and openai/responses/gpt-6-luna on litellm
I'm digging to see if we can route to responses straight from litellm without new release

If you’re asking an agent to help, ask it to find the simplest possible way to solve the problem, I don’t think this should be complicated
