Feedback from a canvas user: They want to create global skills for their canvas instance, but

/add-skill

only adds skills to the current workspace They also want to create global skills that are shared across canvas instances, e.g. from a git repo, but I don't think we support this at all today

Like this? I'm not sure what they refer to by shared across canvas instances, what are canvas instances?
