Does Openhands enterprise support multiple repositories? The setup for the cloud looks like the conversation is bound to a single repository. If possible we would like to use a base image that contains 3 repositories and create PRs for every repository that has changes.

Multiple repos are supported. Normally either the agent can clone, or a setup script I think can do it. I don't know about custom image support on enterprise cc @elegant-branch-54423
