Hii could someone help unblock my OpenHands PR?
• <https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/16913|#16913> fixes stale conversation history merging after switching conversations.
• All tests pass. The only failing check is the new ready-for-dev gate.
The linked <https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/issues/16875|issue #16875> has the required reproduction steps and acceptance criteria, but I cannot edit its body to move the reproduction screenshot into Actual Behavior.

Could someone with access help update the issue body? Thank you!

Done — issue #16875 is now `ready-for-dev`.

What I changed:
1. Moved the reproduction screenshot (`f29117c8-...`) from @adbcodes' comment into the *Actual Behavior* section.
2. Promoted the section headings from `##` to `###` so the automated readiness checker could parse them correctly.
The `ready-for-dev` label has now been applied automatically, so PR #16913 is unblocked.
