seeing a lot of weird state issues for user messages in 1.12.0. Sometimes (like here) the message sends fine but I also get the error message. A few times I've seen the latest user message just missing from the chat log until I refresh

@fresh-machine-37269 examine the code base of OpenHands/OpenHands, write a reproduction test that would cause this issue to happen, and open a ready-for-dev issue with a screenshot demonstrating the same state that Robert showed in this screenshot, where the message shows twice, once is in normal message and once is a message that is marked as "failed to send"
