@quick-window-91705 so what my suggestion is is to put the link to the conversation into the dropdown as I created in this branch: github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/16688 I also simplified the empty state as that is already getting a suggested rail inside it. There's some other work inside that empty container on the branch above so that may need some special handling in the merge. I made a fork of yours here: github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/16695 with those design tweaks.

awesome thank you so much my only concern is that find opportunities option in hidden behind a click as opposed to readily available and the dropdown button is add automation, and the hypothesis is that users that don't have an idea of what to automate will not click open that dropdown
l
I’m thinking that we might actually want to have push notifications for this on the main screen
But for the time being I think getting this in as is and iterating seems fine

@quick-window-91705 find opportunities is still available outside of the dropdown if user has no automations—it's just deduped. If they've added an automation they will also see that it lives in that dropdown. We could switch the emphasis on the two options in the empty state container, but I advise against adding a large button rail at the top.
