08/09/2026, 5:14 PMOpen request: Can we get a plugin in engine so plugins can be made. Perhaps a repo like other apps where one can brows and see what's available and then install it? First thing I'd ask a plugin for is something like a decent IDE. It'd like to follow along with the agent and or even interact and modify the code by hand if necessary. I like how antigravity worked before Google nerfed it. OH is almost a drop in replacement minus the ide. Perhpas this project could be used as inspiration for a integrated web IDE? theia-ide.org

08/09/2026, 6:20 PMI guess, am I? lol. Have you ever used antigravity, it's what I started with first on this AI journey. I liked it because I could literally follow along with the agent as it wrote or modified code so I could see what it was doing. I'm not a dev but even still I was able to see parts where it got off coarse, messed up..or sometimes did something I told it not to do and it did it anyways and lied about it. I could use the IDE to help guild the agent with code snips or even intervene myself to correct something. Then tag it so the agent knew this was changed by me.

08/09/2026, 6:21 PMWhen I say follow along I mean their IDE was interactive ...you could watch the agent line by line and it moved down or back up on it's own.

08/09/2026, 6:23 PMI think, just my opinion, a switch for planning, manual intervention where you're making changes and autonomous mode would benefit from this. But, a plugin engine would allow so much more ..even plugins the opensource crowd could write and submit for approval.

08/09/2026, 6:33 PMWhile you're add it add a debug section so we can see the application in action. What LLM is it using, what error am I getting etc. Then we can submit the logs to your guys easy.

08/10/2026, 11:38 AMThis is something I am also really interested in! There has been some initial work on getting us there so hopefully we can have these kind of add on functional things to install soon. I did a visual pitch at the start of the month if you want to give any feedback on this kind of direction share.devinvinson.com/canvas/…
