Interesting. What is the criterion? I think the last PR had a human-ish review last, no other commits after, and the review was positive. I have adapted my review automation to skip when these conditions are fulfilled

it is posting a slack channel if it is a contributor with less than 3 contribuitions. But it is a little verbose in this way. I believe we should think about better criterias
