can someone plz sanity-check my work?
this issue happened to me last night on my Fedora laptop, then I repro'd on headless Ubuntu VPS and a Macbook. left the processes lingering for 40+ minutes.
Mock-LLM e2e left running procs occupying ports. Fixed for me by using term signal instead of kill
