This is not controlled by the automation prompt. I think there are guidelines on how to review a PR in the AGENTS.md or in the codereview skill. I'm checking now

There is a difference between the old one and this one. The old one was attached to your personal workspace, i.e., it is answering just to you, while the oss-bot is just monitoring the slack channel, i.e., everyone can send message to the oss-slack bot. One thing that we can make to mitigate that is to create a slack group and just the person in this slack group have access to the bot. This should be possible to do.
