I am finding Agent-Canvas continuing to duplicate messages. Am i the only one?

I still see this too, and often the second, duplicated message errors out with a red box/failure to send message, even when the first succeeds.

I know there was an SDK fix for this, but we might need to create a formal agent-canvas ticket to investigate again...

Not sure if It also consume double tokens

I think maybe it was solved yesterday, and we haven't had a release yet?
