We pushed out v1.2.1 with a few fixes earlier. I think there is interest in another bump to 1.2.2 to fix a conversation issue (@modern-fireman-99755) and @millions-afternoon-47582 is just finishing some improvements to Diff changes in conversation files panel. Anyone else working on anything that we can bundle together?

#1368, perhaps? github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/pull/1368

Testing your PR now @straight-dog-12443. Looks good! Checking through a few cases locally
