Using `disabled_skills` instead of `skills_ref` , it matches how canvas/openhands filters skills, makes everything much simpler

Is this list of `disabled_skills` always the same, for profiles, as it was for the user enable/disable?

canvas *will* allow per-profile disabled skills

but that's UX, I was trying to make a "minimal" change PR :sweat_smile: I failed but yes the backkend supports it but canvas doesn't allow it yet

That's fine, what I just would love to make sure of, is that we use the same name for the same things, not reuse the name but with inconsistent stuff - sorry I was writing on the run
