When starting agent canvas from NPM, have folks ever run into

[automation] Exited with code 3

during startup?

Not me. Probably the easiest thing to do here is to pipe the logs to a file like

agent-canvas 2>&1 | tee agent-canvas.log

And then ask the agent to read the log and the codebase and debug.

I think I figured it out. Sometimes I install agent canvas from source, and sometimes I run via NPM. Both share parts of the ~.openhands directory. When I start via the NPM method, something with not finding the automations.db happens
