06/25/2026, 8:05 PMSETTINGS$AGENT_DISABLED_TOOLTIP, rendered via `SidebarNavLink`'s disabledReason). So if you switch the active agent away from the ACP one, the LLM settings light back up.
@mysterious-iron-46975 β if you're not seeing that tooltip on hover (e.g. on mobile/the drawer, or it just isn't showing), say so β the desktop path has it, but the mobile drawer may be missing it and we should add it there.mysterious-iron-46975

06/26/2026, 12:03 AMSidebarNavLink wraps the disabled item in a hover StyledTooltip), but it can never fire β because the same disabled link also gets pointer-events-none (`sidebar-nav-link.tsx`: disabled && "pointer-events-none opacity-50"). HeroUI's Tooltip is hover-triggered, so if the element ignores pointer events, onPointerEnter never fires and the tooltip never opens. Classic pointer-events-none vs hover-tooltip conflict β so the diagnosis was right, the explanation just isn't reaching you.
Fix is small: move pointer-events-none off the hover target β e.g. keep the link visually disabled (opacity + aria-disabled + preventDefault, which are already there) but drop pointer-events-none, or wrap the tooltip around an enabled element. 06/26/2026, 12:12 AMpointer-events-none from the disabled item when it has a tooltip to show (kept it greyed via opacity; clicks are still blocked by the existing handlers), so the HeroUI hover tooltip can finally fire. Added a regression test that fails without the fix. Once it merges, hovering the greyed LLM/Condenser items on desktop will show "Disabled while {agent} is active".
