Sure, approved. CI if failing, but feel free to merge it in once you fix CI. Higher-level question though, why would our customer be blocked by this? Are they not able to add their own custom skills?

Yes. @breezy-lighter-68748 and @wide-doctor-37830 are working on an important issue that will allow customers to configure their own marketplace repos in OHE.
