Dumb ❓ Can only maintainers trigger the all-hands-bot for reviews? Is there a way to run my own so I am not reliant on a maintainer to trigger it?
q
Probably through the agent canvas review bot automation! For repos I think its only maintainers as we don't want untrusted folks consuming credits running reviews that we haven't authorized
c
I think it was automatic? Before being through the cloud
Do you try to add a label, Jamie? Triage should be able to

It kept changing lately, the question is definitely not dumb! πŸ˜…
q
Even before I think forked PRs required approval to run the CI (which would include the code review CI)
And yes labelling the PR with
review-this
should work

Probably through the agent canvas review bot automation!
It works not great on windows, unless these fixes have been made for automations to be smoother on windows machines

For clarity, Rohit, I’m pretty sure only first-time contributors PRs required approval for CI, not all forks. Most forked PRs just run CI

I had to make custom fixes to extensions and automations to get github to work on Agent Canvas

(This matters when we think of prompt injection and other fun 🫣 )

@gentle-apple-32922 if you want the review, but not necessarily the approval. you can do: @ openhands /codereview-roasted

Thank you I will start using all of these methods πŸ™Œ I feel when i asked hte agent to review it isnt' quite as good as the review bots
c
Ha, I feel the opposite. My agent is more careful reviewing than the review bot most of the time. It depends what LLM are you using on your Cloud account, of course. Mine is typically GPT-5.x. The bot is Sonnet 4.5 usually (not always πŸ˜…) On canvas repo, you may also want to use
canvas-review
label… iirc
