Hi Anthony, could you create a bug issue on https://github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/issues with a screenshot and when/where those errors are coming up?

Hey @abundant-intern-35931 Thanks for the report. This is actually a model-side issue, where the model struggles to use the tool API correctly. We try to mitigate these kinds of errors in the SDK (see this method), but it's not always possible to catch everything. That said, we could easily add this specific case to the list.

Running some tests, should have results in a couple of hours.
