@fierce-account-55183 we're failing skills related e2e tests on canvas repo because public skill loading has stopped working ๐Ÿงต
I see these logs
Copy code

Seems like the agent server cannot clone from a pinned commit, it needs a valid branch name
f
This will be fixed when agent server is released
q
Gotcha, meanwhile Joe has also released an npm package We can bundle this in directly instead https://www.npmjs.com/package/@openhands/extensions Get we get this fix in now because I'd like the e2e tests to be in a good state
f
If you approve this, we can release
q
Cool But also going forward we can use npm extensions package instead? So no need for git clones? And we'd disable the agent server caching of public skills all together
f
Does that exist yet?
I didn't think it had been built
q
f
This works for me
Let me update
q
@able-napkin-92802 does this package include all the skills?
Seems to be missing marketplace, plugins, skills, etc
a
I only packed what we are using in agent-canvas into the npm package, and the github release packages the whole repo into a tar: https://github.com/OpenHands/extensions/archive/refs/tags/v0.1.0.tar.gz
Might have misunderstood, do we also want everything inside the npm package as well?
f
Skills are now working again
I think we may want everything in there
a
Okay, getting them packaged in.
For software agent sdk it might feel a little less weird to either download the tarball or to start publishing extensions to pypi as well. But either way, getting everything into the npm package.
Here's the PR for it: https://github.com/OpenHands/extensions/pull/307 Will cut a new release once that's in
