But TL;DR: accessing remote backends is broken right now, and 1046 is the solution I introduced discussed w/ Robert for this problem

I just tested it and it seems to be working as expected

<@U06PEF04LEQ> in the followup PR I'm dropped into this page, even though no BE is configured

Was I meant to see a dedicated "no BE configured" page?

According OH this is because I've already completed onboarding, and there's a regression introduced where BE selection page is not shown when no BE exists

Will put in a fix, lmk if I'm misunderstanding this
