Does the installer set a particular version of agent-server to run via
uv
? I'm getting a bunch of errors, including
Copy code
18:39:56 [agent-server] KeyError: "ToolDefinition
18:39:56 [agent-server] 'canvas_ui' is not registered"
which suggests it's using an old version of agent-server

You can set this with an environment variable last I looked
I've been using
OH_AGENT_SERVER_GIT_REF=main
in my .env
q
Which version are you running for canvas? Agent server version is specified here: https://github.com/OpenHands/agent-canvas/blob/main/config/defaults.json#L5
w
Copy code
agent-canvas -v
1.0.0-alpha.7

1.24 is active, but no canvas_ui tool...
actually my working agent-server doesn't list that either
q
Are you resuming an older conversation that used this tool?
w
nope, starting fresh
just cleared localstorage
I can try moving .openhands
still broken 😞
I also get
Copy code
Failed to import module 'canvas_ui_tool' for tool 'canvas_ui': No module named 'canvas_ui_tool'
which tells me it's not importing from the repo
we should really simplify that custom tool logic

I wonder why no one else hit it?

I was still able to start a convo even with that error it seems
