Fix to event callbacks to require non-null conversation and event IDs: https://github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands/pull/14557 The context is that this is our most costly DB operation (because it’s moderately expensive and very frequent) and by simplifying it we could possibly save a lot of DB CPU.
