Do we ever actually sync skills from https://github.com/OpenHands/extensions ? The agent server has an explicit

skills/sync

endpoint, but I don't know if the agent canvas actually calls it. (I ask because when I update a skill I'm not sure if everybody not using docker will still be using the old one.) I think the agent canvas should probably have some sort of sync for this
