I think we might have a merge conflict here. I've been working on a PR by @chilly-france-44439, and we are also using the Agent menu (see attached image). Since my PR is quite small, I can just wait for you to merge yours first, and then I'll update my PR.

for resolving the merge conflict... I think "Agent" belongs on top of "LLM Profiles" And then just merge the two agent pages: when openhands is enabled then show the subagent UI, else ACP show the ACP options (same as OpenHands/OpenHands)
