Where does Agent Canvas populate the list of skills from within Extensions &gt; Skills?

For example, when I look at this file, some skills (like `/add-skill`) are not in the Extensions &gt; Skills list.

It should be loading from extensions repo

could you try clearing your cache and restarting to see if this gets fixed `rm -rf ~/.openhands/cache`

Ah yeah, clearing localStorage fixed it. Weird
