I see that covers cloud backends but even on local I have no skills loading at all inside of conversations

Hey Sorry today i was on llm profiles and other stuff in the sdk. I believe the problem is because we are fetching the skills at every convo start. A cache should fix that (but to verify) Moreover, there is also a pr about a crud endpoint for skills in the sdk https://github.com/OpenHands/software-agent-sdk/pull/3231 which will help a lot to menage skill. What is the timeline? I’m ooo the next two days. I can finish the pr as first thing Monday.
