I am trying to use LLM profiles in SaaS but they appear not to be available there since they are only available in personal mode but requireOrgDefaultsRedirect always redirects SaaS users to 
/settings/org-defaults
when they try to access `/settings`(the personal LLM settings page). Is this expected?

I believe they are not release yet (just in main) And not in enterprise

It looked like the PRs went out with cloud-1.29.1 which just shipped: #14301, #14288, #14149, #14146. Is there something else we need?

I don't think it's implemented for SaaS. Only for OSS
So you'd have to run local GUI with that tag (not tested though as local GUI is released separately)

I believe just the persistence layer would be different for saas (for saving settings, etc) We also define an environment variable for local vs saas, and we need to make sure the FE is not conditionally rendering llm profiles based on the env
