It seems like I can no longer connect to OH Cloud. Once I add Cloud as a backend I just see a console full of
POST <http://127.0.0.1:8000/api/cloud-proxy> 401 (Unauthorized)
. Created new API keys and it even shows the newest with a Last Used entry in https://app.all-hands.dev/settings/api-keys. Only thing in the response is
{"error":"BearerTokenError"}
>>> Fixed by logging out, logging back in to Cloud <<<
Because the agent canvas is hammering this endpoint trying to connect could I have gotten my IP blocked or something like that?
q
Ah perhaps I'm looking into spammed requests, usually the response is rate limited though not bearer token error There is a bug where the API key doesn't work if you've been logged out of cloud, could you confirm that?
h
I can confirm I am logged into the cloud and still getting the error. Should I log out then back in?
q
Hmm yep please try that Also try switching your cloud account to the org where the API key is from
h
On and off again seems to have fixed it 😄
Thanks for the quick idea @quick-window-91705

I logged out and back in, and no... it doesn't love me
h
Are you getting that same issue?
c
405, not 401
h
Is it on that cloud-proxy route or another one? I'm trying to recall if I've hit it anywhere else
c
I added Cloud backend, with an OPENHANDS_API_KEY whose format looks recent
I can make a new key just in case
h
Does it show anything in the Last Used column for that key?
c
Ohh good point! I don't see any change, last used is "4/16/2026"
q
If you pull the latest changes off main you should be able to one click device auth against cloud (to add the cloud BE)
