On Windows 11. Fully updated WSL, Ubuntu, docker, nvm (node and npm). CD to the right directory and ran the install. I am now running into the error 
Bad Gateway: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:3001
when i open localhost:8000. 🧵 [passing my command and @ openhands in thread for help]
