This PR fixes a rendering issue with ACP by flipping i18next's interpolation escapeValue from the default true to false so React's text renderer (which already escapes for XSS) is the single source of escaping — fixing translated strings showing entity-encoded values like

Reading/tmp/foo

and removes the two decodeHtmlEntities workarounds in path-component.tsx / mono-component.tsx that existed solely to undo the prior double-escape.
