This PR simplifies the
openhands-sdk
skill by replacing its 700+ lines of hand-curated SDK documentation with a single pointer to our docs site (
<http://docs.openhands.dev/llms.txt|docs.openhands.dev/llms.txt>
). The problem: SDK docs duplicated here inevitably drift when we update the SDK and docs but forget to update the skill. Instead of building sync infrastructure to fight the drift, we just eliminate the duplication — the docs site is the single source of truth, and the skill now tells the agent to go there. It also adds a repo-specific codereview guide so reviewers push back on future PRs that try to add SDK docs here. Looking for reviews: https://github.com/OpenHands/extensions/pull/199 cc @wooden-umbrella-84098 since you added the original skill

I think we probably want to put e.g. classnames in there so it immediately knows what the SDK is good for?
up to you, you understand skill design better than i do

Good point, those should be stable enough and unlikely to change - will reflect that feedback in the PR
